The purpose of this Association is to promote golf among women members of the High Meadow Ranch Ladies Golf Association and to encourage the active participation of its members in playing golf in a fun and sportsmanlike manner, playing at all times in accordance with the rules of the United States Golf Association except as modified by any local rules.
