TPI Fitness Assessment
The fitness assessment includes a variety of tests meant to indicate strengths or weaknesses in the body and the golf swing. Our TPI Level 2 Fitness Professional focuses not only on improving stability and mobility, but power, strength and endurance. The initial assessment is a one-on-one consultation. Following this meeting, a personalized training plan is created, specific to your needs as a golfer. From there, you are invited to meet as often as you'd like with our TPI Professional in order to improve your game at your pace.
1 hour assessment, follow-up meeting and personalized plan: $150
Follow up sessions: $45 (as often as you'd like)
Individual fitness training with the use of fitness equipment, mats, bodyweight, and strong motivation! Our fitness instructor will work with you one-on-one to encourage you and help you reach your fitness goals.

Elite training is geared for the athlete focusing on strength, stamina, quickness, and flexibility. High intense cardiovascular training along with core strength workouts will complement advanced stretching techniques to create an extreme workout session.
$65 per session
Includes exercise plans for days when not meeting with trainer
Yoga For Golfers™
$45 per hour- Private Lessons
A progressive series of classes emphasizing flexibility, core strength and mental aspects of the game.
